Lamb Cutting Instructions
Use these instructions for a whole or 1/2 lamb.
You must have a carcass tag number and enter it at the top of the form before submitting the cut order form.
CALL US if you need a whole lamb or goat for roasting!
Processing includes cut, double wrap, grind and freeze. Trim meat can be cut into stew or ground meat.
